Workshop Selection Please read the Workshops Descriptions and Schedule carefully first, then select which workshops you plan to take (e.g. Mandolin/Banjo 2, Accordion 1, Tin Whistle 3, etc.). Don’t forget to include the level of the workshop (1, 2, or 3) and, if applicable, the letter (e.g. a or b) which indicates a repeated class held at a different time slot) after the title. And be sure check the schedule for timing conflicts!
 
 
Instrument Rentals To take classes in button accordion and tin whistle you will need instruments in the key of D. Accordions and other instruments can be rented or purchased from O’Briens Music (709-753-8135) and Long and McQuade St John’s (709-753-1885) in St John’s. If you are unable to pick up instruments, we can have them picked up and returned to the store for you provided that you let us know in advance by email (there is a $10 fee per instrument for this service). If needed, please list the instrument(s) below (delivery payments can be made upon arrival at Camp).  
Medical Information Please describe any medical condition (e.g. food allergy, diabetes) of which we should be aware (this is considered confidential information, for staff only.)
Sharing Rooms If there is anyone attending Camp with whom you would like to share a room or cabin, please list their name(s) below. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes. 

Registration and Accommodations Please refer to the Fees and Accomodations page on our website, review the options below and check off one box only. Note: Each Camp participant will need to register separately – whether attending workshops or not – though one person can pay the total cost of several registrants with one payment.

Fee Payment 

Please select one of the options below.

Option 1) Pay by Interac e-transfer. (If you’re not already doing online banking you must first sign up for this service at your financial institution).  Email your payment using the info@soundbone.ca address. More information on this method of payment can be found here or inquire at your local bank. (Banks charge approximately $1.50 for e-transfers).

Option 2) Pay by mail: After registering online, send your cheque or money order to the address below. Please mail your cheque on the same day as submitting your registration – you will be officially registered only when we receive your cheque.
