Registration and Fees

Vinland Music Camp (August 19-25, 2018)

The total cost of tuition, food and accommodation for the five-day (six-night) Camp is $520 for children (under 19) and $785 for adults (all prices include tax). Children under 7 can stay at Killdevil without attending classes for $300, including meals and accommodation. Fees increase by $50 for registrations received after June 15; all payments are completely refundable before this date so there’s no reason to wait until the last minute to register!

We offer a family fee deduction of $30 for each member of the same family (i. e. children, spouses and parents) registered full-time at Camp. There is also  Scholarships and Volunteering arrangements available to participants who may require financial assistance in order to attend Camp. For further information, please inquire with the Camp Director, Eric West. The deadline to apply for scholarships is May 15th.

Parents, guardians or spouses who don’t wish to register full time may stay at Killdevil and pay only for meals and accommodations for the six days of camp at a cost of $635 (includes the cost of one class and admittance to all activities). Those who wish to stay offsite can have their meals at Camp and pay for them separately at a cost of $220. The fee for Music Camp tuition alone is $405 for adults and $320 for children (under 19). For participants staying offsite and eating their meals away from Killdevil, the Park charges an additional site usage fee of $10/day per person for wear and tear of their facility. They waive this fee for those having all their meals at the Centre.

All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will stay on site during the week. Parents may designate a guardian to accompany their children.

Fees will be refunded on a pro rated basis from June 15 to the beginning of Camp if a participant cannot attend camp for any reason (e.g. if a participant cancels halfway between June 15 and August 19 he/she will be reimbursed half of the registration fee). For detailed information, please download and print the 2018 Vinland Music Camp Brochure. The Daily Schedule and Workshop Descriptions can be found on our Program page.  Please print and read these documents before registering. Note: Each person who attends the Vinland Music Camp must fill out separate registration form (e.g. parent, guardian, young child or spouse) though payments can be made by one person. Please indicate if you are paying for more than one registrant.

Vinland Music Camp Payment – two options:

Option 1. Register online and pay by Interac e-Transfer: 
Fill out and submit the Vinland Music Camp Online Form and pay by Interac e-Transfer using the info@soundbone.ca email address  – to do this you must sign up for online or mobile banking at your financial institution. More information on this method of payment can be found here.

Option 2: Register online and pay by mail:
Fill out the Vinland Music Camp Online Form and mail your cheque or money order  to  this address.  You will be officially registered when we receive your payment. Please do not postdate your cheque.

(Sorry, we do not accept payments by credit card or PayPal).

Apply early – space is limited to 50 participants!
